PLEASE HELP ME FIND SCHOLARSHIP GRANT IN WEST…?
i’m a degree holder of Bachelor of Arts major in Political Science in our place’s university. But having such is not a guarantee of good work.

Now i learned that i wanted to study further or another field like of the information technology, and i’m afraid my parents are no more capable of sending me to school.

Now, i’m searching for a scholarship grant in the west through net but i can’t find one without membership fee. Can anyone please suggest or give me guide on how and where to avail none-fee scholarship grant? PLEASE HELP.
