I have already received four years of pell grants which covered my entire tuition. I have two semesters left to go due to a change in Majors. Will Pell still cover my tuition if my EFC is 0? Thanks.

Yes, you should still be eligible as long as you are meeting the Satisfactory Academic Progress standards established by your financial aid office.
