I need help to purchase a new hearing aid,is there a free grant orgs located in Ohio that I can apply to?

If your income is below a certain level, there is a program available by Starkey. I work with that program and I have seen people get $8,000 hearing aid systems for a $200 handling fee. Check out the link to see if you qualify.

Check out Vocational Rehabilitation. If you are working or trying to secure employment then Voc Rehab may assist you in purchasing hearing aids if it will help you maintain your employment or if it will help you secure employment. This is also based on your financial status.
There is the Starkey Fund that you can apply to as well. The local Lions Club often has a program in place for those in financial need. Check into your church as they may have funds that can be allocated as well.
Short of that call your insurance company if you have health insurance and inquire as to whether you have any coverage towards hearing instruments.

I live in PA and got two free hearing aids,(I paid 70.00), but I,m betting the same service is available to you. You may have to do a bit of foot work as I don’t have all the paper work I had when I got them. They came from a place called Starkey World Headquarters P.O. Box 9457, Minneapolis,MN 55440 BUT that is the manufactures name and I.m not 100% sure they are the agency that gave them to me so I’m going to give you the name of the hearing aid people who tested me and took the molds and did all the paper work, they are great people and wouldn’t mind giving you the info necessary,But you are going to have to e-mail me to get it as I’m not going to post it on here.
